Role & Qualifications
Deliver a professional, impartial, pragmatic and outcome focused telephone, email advice and casework service to clients, including 2nd tier advice to other agencies where appropriate, whilst working to the Legal Service Commission (LSC) Quality Standards. The Senior Housing Adviser will give full advice on;
Housing Advice – homelessness and housing, tenancy, domestic violence, asylum and immigration, relationship breakdown, dampness and disrepair, illegal eviction.
The Senior Housing Adviser will be expected to conduct independent file reviews in accordance with LSC contract requirements or equivalent. The Senior Housing Adviser will take on more complex advocacy although these cases may be passed to a solicitor.
