Role & Qualifications
In this role you will report to the Facilities Team Leader and provide an efficient and cost effective Facilities services to the office specifically in the provision of reprographics services in the Sheffield office. The hours of work are 25 hours per week.
The role will include
•Printing and copying all customer documents via hard copy or electronic means
•Scanning of documents and burning to CD
•Drilling, binding and finishing documents as per customer requests
•Printing, copying and folding large format plans
•Laminating documents
•Other ad-hoc administrative duties, including covering roles in other departments.
Qualifications/competencies
•Preferably educated to O level/GCSE standard or equivalent including English and Maths grades A-C
•The job holder needs to have good IT skills and be familiar with Outlook Excel, Word and PowerPoint in order to communicate effectively and print and scan documents.
•The job holder needs to be fully aware of the importance of client care and must be committed to delivering a high level of service, responding to client requests promptly and efficiently.
•The job holder is required to be resilient and able to work under pressure. The majority of priorities are known in advance, however timescales are often short and workload variable, particularly in reprographics.
•Prior experience in a Facilities or reprographics role is preferred

•Able to deal with internal clients in sensitive circumstances, for example following a service failure

•Possess a 'can do' attitude
•Flexible approach to tasks and workload with an understanding that additional hours may be required as business needs demand

•Suitable representative of the firm in dealing with suppliers, consultants and statutory bodies
•Enthusiastic with a good sense of humour
•Attentive to detail and able to work within strict deadlines
